Good news for the 6 international packages yet to be shipped!
Today I received the order for flying bases that I made weeks ago (I only needed 18 flying bases for some Bubbleflesh).
I have stock again and this means that the packages that are pending will be released this week.

Hi dear friends!
I have good news and worrying news.
More than 70% of you have already received your reward and this makes me very excited because with the COVID times it is all very strange.
All packages have been shipped except for 5 rewards that were waiting because I had to receive an order for flying bases last week.
I got the package with the flying bases, but not with all of them, they made a partial shipment because they did not have enough stock.
I have asked the company and the answer they have given me is that due to COVID their production level has been affected and that they will send me the remaining bases as soon as possible.
With the exception of these 5 packages that remain to be sent, the rest of the packages have already been sent weeks ago, some were sent a little over 1 month ago.
In addition to all this, yesterday I received 3 packages back, I still do not know what the reason is, I hope to be able to contact the transport company on Monday so that they can give me an answer. These packages were destined for Australia, Asia and the USA.
I will contact the affected backers via private KS message.
Apparently there are problems with shipments to these countries, probably because of COVID.
Backers who have not yet received their reward I hope they receive it soon!

Hi friends, good news!
Yesterday I was tempted to pack the rewards. I just had to place the tentacle of the Stretch goal that was pending.
This weekend I am going to label the packages, this means that on Monday / Tuesday your rewards will be on the way.
I also want to report that the situation in Spain is improving, with some limitations, but practically all services work.
This week I learned that the postal service of Correos does not accept registered or ordinary letters destined for Asia or Oceania, for example Australia.
So, the rewards that will be sent to Australia will have to wait for the Spanish postal service to lift this new restriction.

Returning to normal

Hello friends, It's time to update, with positive news.
In Spain the stores have started to open, and some services are starting to return to normal. We continue with some restrictions, but the confinement is finally being lifted, although progressively.
Weeks ago I ordered materials from my supplier and he confirmed that this week he sent my order. Since this emergency situation began, the couriers are saturated with work and the delivery times are longer than usual, a 24h shipment becomes 48h, 72h or more, depending on the town, so possibly I will receive the material on Monday.
When the material arrives, the pending SG can be manufactured to package your rewards.
I will continue to inform you about progress.
